The price includes

- Electricity (up to 8 KWH a day)
The price does not include:
- Breakage deposit: 300€ payable on arrival
- Cleaning: 40€ (fixed fee payable at the end
of your stay - optionnal)
- Bedlinen, teatowels and towels may be
rented
The
house is available on
Saturday from
4 p.m. on the first day
of your stay.
The owners will wait for
you near the village of
Saint Germain, exit 45
of the motorway to show
you the way to the
house.
Departure from the
house, which will
already have been
cleaned and tidied by
that time, normally
takes place on Saturday before 10
a.m.
